Artistic Statement

"My artistic vision is to create innovative dances, exploring subject matter that speaks to all audiences.  I anticipate each performance as an adventure for myself and all others.  My thoughts, interpretations and ideas are simply the catalyst for the overall experience.  My mission is to create an atmosphere of individualistic contribution.  I want my dancers, collaborators and audiences to explore their own thoughts, interpretations and ideas of the subject matter presented.  As an artist I want to produce thought provoking work that moves, strives to cause, changes, arouses, makes progress, evacuates, advances, achieves and stirs.  I look forward to showing my appreciation of the arts through my choreography and am open to all that comes...making me question, think and learn from each of my collaborative experiences."
